Esperanza Estate's Board of Directors meets monthly through the year to discuss and vote on on-going issues and projects. In January, an annual meeting is held giving all members an opportunity to participate, with an emphasis on the annual budget and capital projects. Esperanza Estates is committed to legally maintaining its HOA status.
