I. Treasurer's Report: Joan Moreaux presented the financial report; copies are available to homeowners upon request to Joan.

E. Neighborhood Relations: No Report

F. Recreational Facilities: Tom Cooke reported that an automatic timer on the pool water supply, donated and installed by Craig Surprise, will help maintain the water level in the pool, potentially saving costly maintenance to the pool pump which has resulted in the past from a too-low water level in the pool.

H. Neighborhood Watch: No report.

I. Enhancement: Barb McCalpin reported that a roll-down screen, similar to others in the Ramada, will be installed along the north side of the kitchen area to reduce the wind in the area behind the counter. Enhancement requested board permission to install decorative tile on the arches at the pool entrances. Permission was granted by a voice vote of the Board.

J. Gardeners: Bill Berdine presented a written report to the Board on the activities of the Group. (To read the full report, click here.)

K. Public Arts Club: Kevin Welsh reported that the next Movie will be a 'dive-in' beach movie with attendant frivolity, hot dogs, and popcorn. He also reported on site selection for a pueblo village public art piece being planned for the EE trail entrance on Vereda Calma.

III. Old Business: None.

IV. New Business: EE resident and SAV member Gary Chelseth offered a reminder that, during our increasingly warm weather, leaving a pet in a closed car is both dangerous for the animal and puts the vehicle owner at risk of being ticketed.

The Meeting was adjourned at 1:35 PM.
